1. Referral service only

NYC Emergency Pros is a free referral service. We connect you with independent third-party service providers. We don’t provide home repair, towing, pest control, remediation or any other service ourselves, and the providers are not our employees or agents.

2. No guarantee

We don’t guarantee that a provider will be available, respond within a certain time, hold any license or insurance, charge a certain price, or do satisfactory work. Any agreement for work is only between you and the provider. Check every provider’s license and insurance and get prices in writing.

3. Emergencies

This site is not an emergency service. For fire, injury, a gas smell or any danger to life, call 911 first.

4. Information on this site

Our guides are general safety and consumer information, not professional, legal or insurance advice. Rules change, so check the official sources we link to.

5. Compensation

We may be paid by providers or referral networks for referrals and calls. You pay nothing to us.

6. Your submissions

You agree to give accurate information and to submit requests only for yourself or with permission from the person involved.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, NYC Emergency Pros is not liable for any provider’s acts, omissions, pricing or work, or for any loss from using this site.
